PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The City of Manitou Springs (the “City) is seeking Bids for renovation of the existing restroom building of Fields Park, the demolition of a partial artistic structure connected to the existing building, construction of a new ADA compliant building, and installation of automatic locks on both doors. Drawings of the project are included in the bid package.

Once the construction work is complete, City Staff will meet on site to make a final determination that the proposed building infrastructure will be sufficient.  

The City will only accept Bids emailed to:

Bids must be submitted with the following notation:
