The City of Manitou Springs has initiated the design of the improvements for Manitou Avenue from Park Avenue to Serpentine Drive (also known as the MAPS project). The design phase will require some field investigations within the roadway corridor but no road closures. The City's established Community Engagement Process will be fully applied to this project! The public engagement process will begin soon. Look for invitations and postings on the City's website and announcements in local media.
