HB 13-1303, passed in 2013, changed voter registration rules. Under HB13-1303, voter registration is permitted on any day up to and including the day of election. In order to vote the Manitou Springs ballot, you must be a resident of Manitou Springs and must have resided in the State of Colorado for 22 days immediately preceding the day of the election. Registration options are as follows:
- You may submit an application through the mail, a voter registration agency, a local driver’s license examination facility, or a voter registration drive no later than 22 days before an election (October 28, 2019).
- Voter registration is available via the Secretary of State’s online voter registration system at Go Vote Colorado through the 8th day before the election (October 28, 2019).
- You may register to vote by appearing in-person at a Voter Service and Polling Center through Election Day.
