Rental Fees


  • Resident:
    • $60 for 2 hour increments (Monday through Friday)
    • $375 per day (Saturday through Sunday)
  • Non-Resident:
    • $125 for 2 hour increments (Monday through Friday)
    • $625 per day (Saturday through Sunday)
  • All Day Rental for Saturday through Sunday is defined as:
    • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
    • Sunday: 2 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.

Additional times may be arranged upon request, inquire with the Event Coordinator Meghan Weiss at mweiss@comsgov.com. Note: If the applicant is reserving Memorial Hall for two day usage, not including setup/cleanup, rental time is: Saturday at 9 a.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

Other Fees


  • Alcohol affidavit (must be notarized): $30
  • An additional day for set up/clean up: $150 per day
  • Security deposit: $400
